Elysium Solar GmbH was established as a joint venture between EIC Partners AG and LBD-Beratungsgesellschaft mbH. Both companies have been actively shaping the energy transition for decades.

EIC Partners AG

EIC Partners AG identifies, develops, and finances energy infrastructure projects for institutional investors. EIC was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Zurich.

LBD Consulting, LLC

LBD is a strategic management consulting firm. Founded in Berlin in 1988, it has over 55 employees working in the fields of climate neutrality, renewable energy, and the energy sector.
